We want you and your feline friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't the perfect fit for your cat's lifestyle, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional inserts are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
